In re: MARY ELLEN MURPHY DECEASED. I give devise and bequeath the property of every description of which I may die possessed of to the Reverend Edmund Crook of St. Patrick’s Church St. John’s and I appoint the said Reverend Edmund Crook executor of this my will and I hereby revoke all wills by me at any time heretofore made. St. John’s July 18th A.D. 1893. Mary E. her X mark Murphy. Signed by the said testatrix as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have hereto subscribed our names as witnesses (The same having been first read over and explained) Katie Hayes, M.H.
