In re: MARY MULLINS DECEASED
This is The Last will and Testament of me Mary Mullins of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland Spinster.
First: - I hereby revoke all wills and testamentary dispositions be me at any time heretofore made.
Second. - I appoint my sister Sarah Mullins of St. John’s aforesaid sole Executrix of this my will.
Third. - I give devise and bequeath to my said sister Sarah Mullins all my interest in and to that piece of land situate at the Southwest side of Mundy’s Pond containing about fifteen acres (the same being that bequeathed to me under my late father’s will) upon the conditions following, that is to say. My said sister Sarah Mullins shall pay my funeral burial and testamentary expenses, and also shall pay to my sister Bridget Mullins the sum of forty dollars as compensation for her attention and care of me during the time I have been ill.
In witness whereof I the said Mary Mullins have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John’s aforesaid this 19th day of November Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and one Mary Mullins Signed by the said Mary Mullins as her last will and Testament in the presence of us both being present at the same time who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our hands as witnesses.
