In re: MARY MITCHELL. DECEASED.
This is the last will and testament of me Mary Mitchell of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland widow
I appoint Timothy Mitchell of St. John’s aforesaid Doctor of Medicine as sole executor of this my will. I give devise and bequeath to my said executor all my estate of whatsoever kind or nature of which I may be possessed at the time of my death In trust for the maintenance and support of my daughter Gertrude with full power to him to invest any and all moneys in whatsoever manner as he may deem best.
Date at St. John’s aforesaid this 24th day of January A.D. 1906. Mary Mitchell
signed by the above named Mary Mitchell as her last will in the presence of us both being present at the same time who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses
