Will of Mary (Minnie) E. Gill

In re: MARY E. GILL. DECEASED

This is the last will and Testament of me Minnie E. Gill of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland, widow, I revoke all former wills by me at any time made, and I appoint my sister Sarah A. Freebairn, wife of Robert J Freebairn, at present of Ferryland, the Executrix of this my will.

I give and bequeath all my property to my said sister Sarah A Freebairn for her own use and benefit. In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John's aforesaid this 23rd day of June 1908 Minnie E. Gill Signed, Published, and Declared by the testatrix as and for her last will and testament in presence of us both being present at the same time, who in her presence and at her request hereunto subscribe ourselves as witnesses attesting the due execution hereof:- Chas. O'Neill Conroy W. J. Higgans
