In re: MARY MCLOUGHLAN . DECEASED.
This is the last will and testament of me Mary McLoughlan of Saint John’s in the Island of Newfoundland Spinster. I give and bequeath unto my niece Minnie McLoughlan known in Religion as Sister Philomena of the Convent of St. Joseph in Loughrea Galway Ireland the sum of Five hundred dollars. I give and bequeath unto the Monastery of Mount Mellorey Ireland the sum of Two hundred dollars for Masses for the repose of my soul. I give devise and bequeath all the residue of my real and personal estate and effects unto my nephew James Patrick McLoughlan-
I appoint my said nephew James Patrick McLoughlan sole executor of this my will- I revoke all wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me- In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this thirty first day of May one thousand nine hundred and fifteen- Mary McLoughlan Signed by the testatrix Mary McLoughlan in our presence who in her presence and in the presence of each other hereto subscribe our names as witnesses.
