Will of Mary Liscomb

In re MARY LISCOMB. DECEASED.

I Mary Liscomb of Saint John’s Newfoundland do hereby make my last will and testament being in full possession of all my faculties of mind and memory I give and bequeath to my unmarried daughter Elvina Liscomb all property of what kind soever I shall die possessed whether personal or otherwise for her own use and disposal absolutely and unconditionally in token whereof I have hereunto set my hand at St. John’s aforesaid this 30th day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty eight.

Mary her X mark Liscomb The above will was signed and delivered by the above mentioned Mary Liscomb in our presence and we do hereunto affix our signatures as witnesses of the same in presence of the said Mary Liscomb and of each other the year and date above written.
