Will of Mary Kelly

In re: MARY KELLY. DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me Mary Kelly, of Saint John’s West in the Island of Newfoundland Married woman, hereby revoking all other and former wills by me at any time made.

After the payments of all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter Bridget Chafe, of Saint John’s, widow, all the property of every description of which I may die possessed. It is my will and desire that my daughter Bridget shall support and maintain my husband, John Kelly during his natural life.

I appoint my said daughter Bridget Executrix of this my will. Dated at St. John’s December 5th A.D. 1911. Mary her X mark Kelly - Signed Published and Declared by the said testatrix as and for her last will and testament in our presence, who in her presence, at her request and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses. The same having been first read over and explained Simon Butler George F. Carty
