Will of Mary Ann Jardine

IN RE:   MARY ANN JARDINE.    DECEASED

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me Mary Jardine, of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland, Wife of John C. Jardine, Brewer:

I give and bequeath all my property to my husband John C. Jardine and appoint him the Executor of this my Will.

WITNESS my hand and seal at St. John's this twenty fifth day of March 1916.

SIGNED PUBLISHED AND DECLARED by the Testatrix as and for her last will and testament in presence of us, both being present at the same time, who in her presence and at her request hereunto subscribe ourselves as witnesses attesting the due execution hereof.
