Will of Mary Heale

In re MARY HEALE. DECEASED.

late of St. John's widow deceased.

The last will & testament of Mary Anne Heale of the south side of St. John's in the colony of Newfoundland I leave & bequeath the two houses situated on Bannerman Street and the house situated on Bell Street, to my daughter Emma Heale I leave all my property money, furniture and what else is mine at my death to my daughter Emma Heale and in the event of her death all property shall be given absolutely to Rector of the Parish of St. Mary The Virgin St. John's to be used by him for the benefit of the church in the said parish The houses on Bannerman St. & Colonial Street must not be sold.

Witness my hand this seventeenth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and four.
