In re MARY FITZGERALD. DECEASED. This is the last will and testament of me, Mary Fitzgerald of St. John’s Widow. I give, devise and bequeath all the property and effects whatsoever I die possessed of to my niece, Annie Bane, now known as Sister Cecilia of the Presentation Convent, Cathedral Square, St. John’s, for her sole use and benefit forever, with the sole condition that she must have a Mass celebrated once each month for the repose of my soul and that of my husband, the late Michael Fitzgerald. I appoint Mr. W. J. Carroll of St. John’s, Sub-Sheriff, Executor of this, my last will and testament. Dated at St. John’s N.F. this 10th day of April, 1917 MARY FITZGERALD. Signed by the said Mary Fitzgerald as her last will and testament in the presence of us, present at the same time, who, at her request, in her presence, and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.
