In re MARY DUNN. DECEASED.



The last will and testament of me Mary Dunn I direct all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. I appoint Michael Nowlan of Pearetown(?) to be the executor of this my will. I give devise and bequeath to Alice Walsh of Kilbride the sum of twelve dollars. I give devise and bequeath to Richard Dunn all my farm at present leased to John Nash upon the condition that he the said Richard Dunn will within six months duly release and discharge all claims which he may have upon and to the land and house at Pearetown(?) now occupied by Michael Nowlan and convey all his interest therein unto the said Michael Nowlan or some other in trust for the two present surviving children of the said Michael Nowlan by his late wife Ellen Nowlan and if the said Richard Dunn refuses or neglects to give the said release and conveyance within the said period then the said land leased to John Nash as aforesaid is to pass to the said Michael Nowlan for the use of the said two children for ever.

signed by the Testatrix (by making her mark) and acknowledged by her to be her last will and testament in our presence who in her presence at her request & in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses after the same was read over & explained
