In re: MARY ANN CULLETON. DECEASED
This is the last will and Testament of me Mary Ann Culleton, otherwise known as Mary Anne Villeneuve of St. John's Married woman.
I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of every description unto Hugh Hoyles Carter of St. John's aforesaid Kings Counsel absolutely and I appoint the said Hugh Hoyles Carter Sole Executor of this my will and revoke all previous wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this writing to be my last will and Testament
In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand this twentieth day of October in the year of Our Lord one thousand nine hundred and five Mary Ann Culleton. Signed by the said Mary Ann Culleton the Testatrix in the presence of us present at the same time, who in her presence and in the presence of each other subscribe our names as witnesses William Noftall Robert Alsop.
