In as much as the share of my daughter Janet Elizabeth Davidson was left in my hands at the time when the interest of the children who were then under age was secured by order of the Court on Premises in Water St. St. John’s, then under mortgage: and in as much as she never received her share.

I direct my Executors to pay her out of my estate such a sum as will make the share she shall receive equal to that of each of the other children, so that all may be placed on a perfect equality.
My son Colin having already received his share of the estate is not to participate in the foregoing distribution : and as he is at present unable to provide for himself.
