In re: MARY ANN BATES . DECEASED.
This is the last will and testament of me Mary Ann Bates of St. John’s Spinster. I give bequeath and devise all the property of every description of which I may die possessed of to my brother Thomas Bates, and I appoint my said brother Thomas Bates executor of this my will.
Dated at St. John’s this 29th day of September 1913. Mary Ann X Bates Signed by the said testatrix as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who in her presence and at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses (the same having been first read over and explained) M.
