Will of Mary Ann Walsh

In re: MARY ANN WALSH DECEASED.

This is the last will of me, Mary Ann Walsh, of Torbay, Spinster. I give and bequeath all my estate and effects, consisting of house, furniture and barn at Torbay, and money on deposit to my credit at the Newfoundland Savings Bank, to my niece, Eliza Butler, wife of Philip Butler, of Quidi Vidi Road, St. John’s.

I appoint the said Eliza Butler to be executrix of this my will. Dated at St. John’s, Newfoundland this 15th day of January 1920. MARY ANN her X mark WALSH

Signed by the Testatrix (the same having first been read over and Explained) in the presence of us, who in her presence and the presence of each other have hereunto set our names as Witnesses R. WATSON. WM. G. CURRIE.
