IN RE: MARY ANN COFFEY. DECEASED
This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Ann Coffey of Saint John's in the Island of Newfoundland Widow. I appoint Frederick Williams of Saint John's aforesaid Draper's Assistant Executor of this my Will. I direct my said Executor to sell all my right title and interest in and to that piece of land with dwelling House thereon NO 338 Duckworth Street Saint John's aforesaid, and in which I now reside, and all my household goods Estate and Effects and out of the proceeds thereof to pay my funeral and testamentary expenses and all my debts. After all my funeral and testamentary Expenses and all my debts and the costs of the sale of my said Estate have been paid by my said Executor I give and bequeath the residue of the said monies and of my Estate unto the Roman Catholic Episcopal Corporation of St. John's. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 13th day of September one thousand nine hundred and Eighteen. MARY ANN COFFEY.
