Will of Mary Ann Doyle

In re: MARY ANN DOYLE. DECEASED.

This name is spelled Ann and Anne in the will and Ann in the will index.

This is the last will and testament of me Mary Ann Doyle of St. John’s Widow hereby revoking all other and former wills by me at any time made. I give devise and bequeath the dwelling house and land connected therewith situate on Pleasant Street to my daughter Rose. I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Katie the dwelling house and land connected therewith situate on Hamilton Street and held by me under lease from William Huxton, also all my household furniture contained in the dwelling house situate on Pleasant Street aforesaid also whatever moneys or other property real or personal which I may die possessed of

I appoint James Foley of St. John’s Executor of this my will. Mary Anne her X mark Doyle Signed by the said testatrix as and for her last will and testament in our presence who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses (The same having been first read over and explained) James Foley M.P. Gibbs.
