In re MARTIN RYAN. DECEASED. This is the last will and testament of me Martin Ryan of St. John's Yeoman. I appoint John Finlay to be the executor of this my last will and testament. I give devise and bequeath unto my wife Ann all my dwelling house and farm situate near Waterford Bridge to have and to hold the same during her natural life only and with full power to my said wife to will and bequeath the same to her sons now living any of them or to one of them as she may think most advisable I give and bequeath all my household goods an d other chattels to my said wife to hold the same for her own use for ever. In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand this 21st day of April A.D. 1869. Martin his X mark Ryan. Witness having been first read over and explained in presence of, J.T.
