IN RE: MARTIN O'FLANNIGAN. DECEASED
In the name of God. Amen.
I, Martin O'Flannigan of St. John's Gentleman do make publish and declare this as and for my last will and testament.
First I will and direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be paid as soon as possible after my death.
Second I give devise and bequeath all my my property estate and effects of every nature and kind wherever situate to the Mount Cashel School of Industry. Torbay Road near St. John's to hold the same for ever for the use and benefit of the said Institution.
Third I hereby nominate and appoint the Reverend Brother Ennis the Superior of the said Mount Cashel School of Industry and his Successors for the time being in the said office of Superior to be the Executor of this my will.
Fourth I hereby revoke all other and former wills made by me.

Signed published and declared by the said Testator as and for his last will and testament in our presence who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereto subscribed our hands as witnesses at St. John's this 22nd day of March One thousand nine hundred and fifteen.
