In the name of God I Martin Nelson Joyce Fisherman of Freshwater in the Electoral District of Bay De Verds being perfectly sane and sound of mind do make and declare this to be my last will and testament in the manner and form following that is to say I give and bequeath to my beloved mother Delphene Joyce all my Life Insurance of one thousand dollars ($1000.00) with any accrued proffits) in the Canada Life Assurance to her for ever Further I do hereby appoint Mr. William Joyce Sr. and Mr. Freeman Parsons to be my Executors for to see this my last will and testament carried out according to the true intent and meaning of same
