In re Margaret Martin deceased
I Margaret Martin of Torbay do hereby
give and bequeath to my son Patrick Martin of Torbay. Farmer, all that
piece or parcel of land containing one acre more or less, situate on the
Indian Meal Road and bounded on the North by the Indian Meal Road in the
South by land owned by John Cody(?) On the East by land owned by William
Woodfine and in the West by land owned by Thomas Huestis(?). I also bequeath
to my said son Patrick Martin all other property real or personal of which
I shall die possessed. I appoint my said son Patrick Martin executor of
this my last will March 28, 1918. Margaret her X mark Martin Signed published
and declared by the said testator as and for her last will and testament
in our presence who in her presence at her request and in the presence
of each other have hereunto signed our names as witnesses [the same having
been first read over and explained]:
