IN RE: MARION BOONE. DECEASED
This is the last will and Testament of me Marion Boone of Saint John's in the Island of Newfoundland widow I hereby appoint my son in law John Mathieson sole Executor of this my will. I give devise and bequeath all that piece of land on the Topsail Road near Dounovans unto my son Alexander Boone absolutely. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Moira Maud Mathieson all my sitting room furniture absolutely. I give and bequeath all my dining room furniture to my said son Alexander Boone absolutely. I give and bequeath all my bedroom furniture and eight day clock unto my son Gordon Boone absolutely. Any property or monies or shares which I may die possessed of, not hereby disposed of, I give devise and bequeath unto my said three children Maria Maud Mathieson Alexander Boone and Gordon Boone share and share alike.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty fifth day of June one thousand nine hundred and twelve. Marion Boone. Signed by the said Testatrix in our presence who in her presence and in the presence of each other hereto subscribe our names as witnesses Hugh H. Carter Mary A. Duncan.
