Will of Margaret Pitcher

In re: MARGARET PITCHER. DECEASED

This is the last will and testament of me Margaret Pitcher of Saint John's in the Island of Newfoundland widow:-

1. I will and direct that my Executrix hereinafter named shall first pay out of my general estate all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses.

2. I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth Ann (Bessie) Pitcher my dwelling house land and premises situate on William Street in the town of Saint John's; also all my lands dwelling house and waterside premises situate at Saint Lawrence in the Electoral District of Burin; also all other estate property and moneys to which I now am, or to which I may hereafter be entitled, of whatsoever kind or nature and wheresoever situate, to be her separate property absolutely.

3. I hereby appoint my said daughter Elizabeth Ann Pitcher to be the sole executrix of this my last will and testament. Witness my hand at Saint John's aforesaid this Seventh day of June A.D. 1910 -. Margaret Pitcher Signed published and declared by the said testatrix in the presence of us, who in her presence, and the presence of each other, all present at the same time, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
