In re: MARGARET PARKER. DECEASED.
This is the last will and testament of me Margaret Parker of Saint John’s in the Island of Newfoundland Widow.
1. I give and bequeath to my son William Parker the amount due by him to me on Mortgage upon his share of the estate of his late father.
2. I give devise and bequeath all the residue and remainder of my property estate and effects of every description to my daughter Minnie Dwyer of Saint John’s.
3. I appoint the said Minnie Dwyer executrix of this my Will. Witness my hand at Saint Johns’ aforesaid this 13th day of August Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and twelve. Margaret Parker Signed published and declared by the said testatrix as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other (all present at the same time) have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses W.E. Wood, Aug. 13/12 Katherine Murphy.
