IN RE: MARGARET MERRY DECEASED
This is the last will and Testament of me Margaret Merrey of St. John's widow hereby revoking all other and former wills by me at any time made after the payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Ellen wife of Hugh Kennedy all the property of every description of which I may die possessed
I appoint my said daughter Ellen Executrix of this my will. St. John's April 18: 1911. Margaret her x mark Merrey Signed by the said Testatrix as and for her last will and Testament in our presence who in her presence and at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses (The same having been first read over and explained) John Gibbs M.
