In re MARGARET MARNELL. DECEASED.
late of St. John's married woman deceased.
In the name of God Amen I Margaret Marnell of St. John's Newfoundland being of sound mind and memory do make publish and declare this to be my last will and Testament as follows I give devise and bequeath to my beloved husband John P. Marnell the house in which we now reside no 67 Cochrane Street to his heirs and assigns forever and I hereby constitute and appoint my husband the said John P. Marnell to be my sole executor of this my last will and testament revoking and annulling all former wills by me made
and ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and Testament seal Margaret Marnell.
Signed declared and published by the above Margaret Marnell in presence of us this third day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and four
