Will of Margaret English |
In re MARGARET ENGLISH. DECEASED.
This is the last will and Testament of me Margaret English of Saint John's widow. I give devise and bequeath to my executor hereinafter named all the property of whatever kind and description ??? of which I may die possessed & hold the same in Trust for the following purposes
First to pay all my debts and funeral and Testamentary expenses
Second to sell and dispose of my property on Bannerman Street consisting of three houses if he my said executor should think it advisable so to do immediately after my death.
Third. I direct that in the event of the said houses not being sold immediately after my death that my executor shall hold them and pay the rents and profits thereof to my daughter Mary (now known as Sister Mary Clare of the Presentation Order of Nuns in St. John*s)
Fourth I direct my executor upon a sale of said houses being effected to pay the proceeds thereof to my daughter aforesaid in what manner and in what amount she may desire.
Fifth I direct my executor to pay to my said daughter all other monies I may die possessed of in manner aforesaid and to realize all other property in my possession at the time of my death and deal with the proceeds in manner provided in the fourth paragraph of this my will.
I appoint Patrick J. Summers of Saint John*s aforesaid Barrister Executor of this my will
