Margaret Dalton

In re: MARGARET DALTON. DECEASED.

This is the last Will and Testament of me, Margaret Dalton of 44 Pleasant Street, St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland, Widow, made this 11th day of March, A.D. 1924.

I hereby revoke all former Wills or testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made.

I appoint my son Thomas Dalton and my daughter Annie Clarke to be the Executors of this my Will.

I give devise and bequeath to my said son Thomas Dalton and my said daughter Annie Clarke my house on Pleasant Street aforesaid and all my other property of every description and wheresoever situate to be divided equally between them share and share alike.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto subscribed my name to this my will the day and year first above Written.
MARGARET DALTON.

Signed published and declared by the above named Margaret Dalton as and for her last Will and Testament in our presence, both being present at the same time, who at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
