Will of Margaret Corbett

In re: MARGARET CORBETT. DECEASED

This is the last will and Testament of me, Margaret Corbett, of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland, Widow. I appoint Frank D Lilly of St. John’s aforesaid, Solicitor, sole Executor of this my will.

(1). I give and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth the land and house at present occupied by me situate on the Freshwater Road.
(2) I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary the land and house at present occupied by Michael Kent situate on the said Road
(3) I give and bequeath unto my said daughters Elizabeth and Mary all the rest residue and remainder of the estate of which I shall die possessed in equal shares.

In witness whereof I have set my hand and seal to this my will on the sixth day of July A.D. 1903 Margaret Corbett. Signed by the above named Margaret Corbett as her last will and Testament in the presence of us, both being present at the same time, who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses Charles H Emerson Cyril J Cahill
