IN RE: MARGARET A. FORAN. DECEASED
This is the last Will and Testament of me Margaret Foran of Saint John's in the Island of Newfoundland Widow. I give devise and bequeath all property real and personal of which I may die possessed to my daughter Margaret and I appoint her the Executrix of this my will. Should my said daughter predecease me then and in such event I give devise and bequeath my said property to my grandchildren Pauline Campbell and my daughter Elizabeth Douglas to be theirs as owners in common. IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand this 19th day of September Anno Domini One thousand Nine hundred and twenty-two. M. A. FORAN. Signed Published and Declared by the said Testator as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses attesting the due execution hereof.
