IN RE: MARCELLA KNIGHT. DECEASED In the name of God. Amen. I Marcella Knight, of St. John's, widow do hereby make publish and declare this as and for my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills. I hereby nominate and appoint my son Arthur B. Knight of St. John's Executor of this my will directing him as soon as possible after my death to pay all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses. I give devise and bequeath to my said son Arthur B. Knight for his sole and absolute use all my leasehold interest in and to land and premises 175 Gower Street St. John's, held under lease from James Johnson. I give devise and bequeath the rest residue and remainder of my property of every description to my Executor in trust for division amongst the remainder of my children, viz: Frederick, Ada, George, Hilda in the manner following: my said Executor as soon as possible after my death shall sell said trust property; divide the proceeds into five equal shares; conveying two shares to my said son George, and one share each to my children Frederick, Ada, and Hilda.
