In re MARY KELLY deceased. This is the last will and testament of me Mary Kelly of St. John’s West Widow. After the payment of all my just debts and testamentary expenses, I give devise and bequeath as follows: (1) To Ellen and Agnes Kelly sisters of my late husband Edward, my dwelling house and furniture for their sole use during their lifetime and upon their death then to Michael Ryan and Catherine Ryan children of my brother James. (2) To the said Ellen and Agnes Kelly the sum of Two hundred dollars each. (3) The residue of my estate and effects to my brother James Ryan. I appoint my said brother James Executor of this my will. Dated this 7th day of August 1914. Mary her X mark Kelly. Signed by the said testatrix as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
