The last Will & testament of Louis Young 76 Hayward Avenue

I the undersigned to hereby will the House & Property 76 Hayward Avenue to Louis Young son of William Thomas Young in case of death before he comes of age it passes to his father the house & property.

No 40 Belvidere Street to Ethel Young daughter of Drusilla & William Young, the house & property no 81 Long's Hill to be in the hands of Wm. Thomas Young, the house & property No 40 Hayward Avenue to be in the hands of Wm Thomas Young. The money in the N.F. Savings Bank to be divided as follows: - one Hundred Dollars to my brother Benjamin Young. One Hundred Dollars to Wm. Thomas Young

The remainder to go to Wm Thomas Young Signed Louis Young In testimony whereof we are witnesses Fred R. Matthews Mary M Godden Dated St. John's September 1st 1908
