In re LORENZO G. PIKE deceased This is the last will and testament of me, Lorenzo G. Pike of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland, Laborer. I revoke all former wills by me at any time made, and I appoint Denis Barron of St. John’s, Telegraph Operator, the executor of this my will. I give and bequeath the house and land on which I at present reside on Power Street to my daughter Mary Hannah and my grandchildren Lorenzo George, Henry James and Horatio Nelson, namely one half- of the said house and land to be held by my said grandchildren Lorenzo George and Henry James in equal shares as tenants in common, and one-half in like manner by my grandson Horatio Nelson and my said daughter Mary Hannah- I will and direct that the control and management of the said property shall remain with my said daughter Mary Hannah until my said grandson Horatio Nelson shall have attained the age of twenty one years, and on the death of my said daughter Mary Hannah or on her marriage I give and bequeath her share in the said property to my said three grandchildren in equal shares as tenants in common. I likewise, in the event of the death or either of my said grandchildren, before the said Horatio Nelson shall have reached twenty one give and bequeath his share to the other of the above four named persons in equal shares. I give and bequeath my feather bed to my grandson Lorenzo George.
