In re: LEVI NOSEWORTHY. DECEASED First. I hereby revoke all former wills and Testamentary dispositions by me at any time made. Second. I give devise and bequeath all my property to my wife Sarah Noseworthy absolutely should she survive me. Third. Should my said wife not survive me I give devise and bequeath all my property as follows:-
I appoint James P. Blackwood, of St. John’s Barrister-at-Law, Executor of this my will. In witness whereof I the said Levi Noseworthy have hereunto subscribed my hand and seal at St. John’s aforesaid this first day of June Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and five Levi Noseworthy signed by the said testator as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us both being present at the same time, who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses. Jessie E. White Jas P. Blackwood. Certified correct, D. M. Browning Registrar(Listed in the margin next to this will the following) Fiat June 20 /07 C.J. Probate June 21st /07 granted to James P.
