IN RE: LEVI BARNES. DECEASED
I, Levi Barnes of St. John's, Carpenter, do make publish and declare this as and for my last will and testament.
First I hereby revoke and declare null and void all other and former wills by me made.
Second I will and direct that all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses be paid as soon as possible after my death.
Third. I give and bequeath all my working tools and instruments of every kind whatsoever used by me in my business of Carpenter unto my brother William Barnes for his sole use and benefit.
Fourth I give devise and bequeath unto my wife Evlyn Barnes all my other property both real and personal and chattels real of every description whatsoever and wheresoever situate for her sole use and benefit.
Fifth I hereby nominate and appoint my brother William Barnes to be the Executor of this my will.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John's this 1st day of February 1921. LEVI BARNES.
Signed published and declared by the said testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us, both being present at the same time, who in his presence and at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto our names subscribed as witnesses at St. John's this first day of February A.D. 1921.
