In re
  Ellen Tobin deceased. This is the last will and testament of me Ellen Tobin of Saint John’s, Widow. I will and bequeath to my executor all the lands goods chattels monies and effects which I now have or may be entitled to or hereafter possess, to have and hold the same unto my said executor for the use and benefit of my children. To invest all principal of monies which may be coming to me and apply the interest thereon toward the support and maintenance of my children until the youngest shall attain full age when the whole of my mns and effects shall be distributed equally between them. I appoint J. I. Little executor hereof. Saint John’s 18th Septr 1876. Ellen her X mark Tobin. Witnesses above written will having been read over and explained to the said Ellen Tobin in our presence and approved of by her before she put her mark thereto, Robert J. Kent, Jas. M. Donnelly.
