I Lawrence Kielly of Petty Harbor of sound mind do hereby will give and bequeath all my right title and interest in a fishing room situated near the Public Beach in Petty Harbor and bounded on the east by Thomas Howletts room and on the west by Samuel Hanafords room) and always known as Kielly*s room to my son Lawrence Joseph Kieley and he is to hold claim and possess the same fishing room after my death with the exception of a piece near the west end that I have given to my son John Kiely to erect a house on
