Will of Kenneth Andrews

IN RE:   KENNETH ANDREWS.    DECEASED

I Kenneth Andrews of St. John's Newfoundland Tailor, do declare this to be my last Will & testament.

In consideration of the kindness and attention shown me by Catherine Marshall wife of Joseph Marshall Shoe Maker.

I will, devise, and bequeath to the said Catherine Marshall, her heirs & Assigns all that freehold land and dwelling House thereon, and now occupied by me, and situated on the West Side of Quidi Vidi Road in St. John's, together with all Household Furniture & Effects, and all the rest and remainder of my estate whatsoever real or personal, after paying my funeral expenses & that of proving this my Will: And I do hereby appoint the said Catherine Marshall, sole Executrix of this my last Will & testament.

Signed and published & declared by foresaid Kenneth Andrews as, and for his last Will and testament, in our presence who at his request, in his presence and in the presence of each other, have subscribed our names as witnesses.
