Will of Julia Smallwood

IN RE:   JULIA SMALLWOOD.    DECEASED

This is the last Will and Testament of me Julia Smallwood, of St. John's, in the Island of Newfoundland, Married Woman.

FIRST. I hereby revoke all Wills and Testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made.
SECOND. I give devise and bequeath all my property to my daughter Fanny and my son Alexander for their joint lives in equal shares and upon the death of either then to the survivor absolutely.
THIRD. I appoint my said daughter Fanny Smallwood sole Executrix of this my Will.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I the said Julia Smallwood have hereunto set my hand at St. John's aforesaid this ninth day of September Anno Domini One thousand nine hundred and thirteen.

at the same time, who in her presence
and in the presence of each other have
hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
