IN RE: JULIA SMALLWOOD. DECEASED SECOND. I give devise and bequeath all my property to my daughter Fanny and my son Alexander for their joint lives in equal shares and upon the death of either then to the survivor absolutely. THIRD. I appoint my said daughter Fanny Smallwood sole Executrix of this my Will. IN WITNESS WHEREOF I the said Julia Smallwood have hereunto set my hand at St. John's aforesaid this ninth day of September Anno Domini One thousand nine hundred and thirteen. presence of us, both being present at the same time, who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
