Will of John Thomas Collins from Newfoundland will books volume 10 page 254 probate year 1914

In re     JOHN THOMAS COLLINS     deceased

    I John Thomas Collins of Saint John's Newfoundland hereby revoking all testamentary writings heretofore made or executed by me declare this to be my last will

* I bequeath my sister Cecilia Mary Flannery four hundred dollars * to my niece Mary Flannery four hundred dollars * to the orphanage Belvidere one hundred dollars. * Save and except the foregoing bequests I bequeath the whole of my property and estate to my sisters Anne Joseph Collins and Margaret Collins half to each absolutely. Upon the death of either it is my desire that she should bequeath what ever may be remaining of her share as above to my sister Cecilia or in the event of her prior decease to her daughter Mary if then living. * I appoint Mr. Frederick Burnham Mr. Garland M. Gaden and Mr. George Shea Executors of this will.
