Will of Jonathan Mercer

IN RE:   JONATHAN MERCER. DECEASED

I Jonathan Mercer of St. John's Seaman, hereby revoke all former wills and codicils made by me and declare this to be my last will and testament. I give, devise, and bequeath all the property of whatsoever nature and kind and wheresoever situate of which I die possessed to my beloved wife. Edith Margaret Mercer absolutely, and I appoint my said wife to be the sole executrix of this my last will and testament Jonathan his x mark Mercer

Signed by the said Jonathan Mercer as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us, who at the request of the said testator and in the presence of the said testator and each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses, the said will having prior to its signature by the said testator been read over to him and seemingly fully understood and approved of by him. St. John's October 3rd 1910
