This is the last Will and Testament of me John W. Taylor of St. John’s, Dry Goods Merchant.

I give, devise and bequeath everything of which I shall die possessed or entitled to, whether real, personal or chattels real, to my wife, Lavivia M. Taylor, and I appoint her sole Executrix of this my last will and testament.

In Witness Whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand, this twenty sixth day of July, A. D. 1921. J. W. TAYLOR.
