volume 12 page 125 probate year 1921 In re JOHN VALENTINE. DECEASED. This is the last Will of me, John Valentine of 3 Allan Square, St. John’s Newfoundland. I devise and bequeath all my estate and effects, real and personal, which I may die possessed of or entitled to, unto my wife Emma Jane Valentine, absolutely. I appoint my wife Emma Jane Valentine sole Executrix. JOHN VALENTINE> signed by the Testator in the presence of us, both present at the same time who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto set our names as witnesses. Wm.
