In re
John Thomas Collins deceased. I John Thomas Collins of Saint John's Newfoundland hereby revoking all testamentaary writings heretofore made or executed by me declare this to be my last will I bequeath my sister Cecelia Mary Flannery four hundred dollars to my niece Mary Flannery four hundred dollars to the orphanage Belvadere one hundred dollars. Save and except the foregoing bequests I bequeath the whole of my property and estate to my sisters Anne Joseph Collins and Margaret Collins half to each absolutely. Upon the death of either it is my desire that she should bequeath what ever may be remaining of her share as above to my sister Cecelia or in the event of her prior decease to her daughter Mary if then living. I appoint Mr. Frederick Burnham Mr. Garland M. Goden(?) and Mr. George Shea Executors of this will. Dated at Saint John's this sixth day of September A. D. 1910 J. T. Collins.
