Will of John C. Strang

In re: JOHN C. STRANG. DECEASED

This is the last will and Testament of me John C. Strang of St. John’s Licensed Dealer

First. It is my will and desire that my Executrix hereinafter appointed shall see that all my just debts are paid.

Secondly I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Elizabeth Strang all my property goods, chattels, moneys, debts, and effects of whatsoever description or kind or wheresoever situated which I may die possessed of for her sole use support and maintenance and that of her children as she may deem wise and proper.

Thirdly I hereby appoint my said wife Elizabeth sole Executrix of this my las will. I hereby revoke all other as former wills that may have been made by me.

In witness whereof I have hereunto my hand set and subscribed at St. John’s this 30th day of October A.D. 1901 John C. Strang Signed by the testator as and for his last will and testament in our presence who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto our hands set and subscribed as witnesses thereto J. R. Robertson F. J Morris
