IN RE: JOHN SKIFFINGTON. DECEASED
This is the last Will and Testament of me John Skiffington of St. John's fisherman. I hereby annul and revoke all former Wills by me at anytime made. I give devise and bequeath all the property of every description of which I may die possessed of to my wife Johanna Skiffington during her lifetime and after her death the same is to go to my son Edward M. Skiffington of St. John's fisherman. I appoint my said son Edward M. Skiffington executor of this my Will. Dated at Qui-di-Vidi in the East End of St. John's this 29th day of June A.D. 1907. Signed by the said Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereto signed our names as witnesses. (The same having been first read over and explained) Patrick Ellard. George T. Carty.
