In re JOHN ROBINSON. DECEASED.
This is the last will and Testament of me John Robinson of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland Draper.
I hereby revoke all former wills and Testamentary dispositions by me made at any time and declare this and none other to be my last will and Testament
1. I appoint Richard K. Holden of St. John's aforesaid accountant sole executor of this my last will and testament and to be the guardian of my children
2. I give devise and bequeath to my said executor all my property and effects of every description upon trust for the benefit of my children with full power to my said executor to realize and invest the same at his discretion and with full power to my said executor to expend the same and to realize and expend any investment made by him in and about the maintenance and education of my children as far as he may deem advisable from time to time
In witness whereof I have hereunto my hand subscribed this eighth day of March A.D. one thousand nine hundred and four

Signed by the said John Robinson as his last will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses
