This is the last will and Testament of me John Rice of St. John's. I give devise and bequeath all the property of every description of which I may die possessed of to my wife Annie Rice and I appoint my said wife and Michael O'Regan of St. John's Butcher Executors of this my will
Dated at St. John's this 13th day of December 1912 - John his X mark Rice - Signed by the said Testator as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence and at his request and in the presence of each other have hereto subscribed our names as witnesses the same having been first read over and explained M O'Regan George T. Carty
