This is the last will and testament of me John Quirk of Saint John’s in the Island of Newfoundland, Farmer-

I appoint my wife Mary Quirk my sole executrix and I give and bequeath unto my said wife all the property whether real or personal that I am possessed of or that I may die possessed of. John Quirk.
