Will of John Quirk

In re: JOHN QUIRK DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me John Quirk of Saint John’s in the Island of Newfoundland, Farmer-

I appoint my wife Mary Quirk my sole executrix and I give and bequeath unto my said wife all the property whether real or personal that I am possessed of or that I may die possessed of. John Quirk. Signed by the said John Quirk in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other hereto subscribe our names as witnesses, Hugh H. Carter Barrister-at-law, John Dwyer, Oak Farm.
